I purchased a Fongo (formerly Dell Voice) ATA and Unlock Key in o2/2012.
The pre-configured SIP server/proxy setting was "sip.freephoneline.ca" and was not working and a CSR recommended to change it to "sip.fongo.com" on 02/17/2012 and this setting remained unchanged.
Today, I received an automated email stating that SIP server must be "sip.freephoneline.ca" and incorrect settings may result in service issues effective March 30 2013.
What's the correct SIP server and proxy setting (sip.fongo.com or sip.freephoneline.ca)?

Re: Fongo (Dell Voice) SIP Configuration Settings
Well if it is the same email that I got (quoted below) Then it states that I got the email because I bought the sip details from Dell Voice or Freephoneline. So I am guessing they have been lumped into one now - in which case I would change it to either voip.freephoneline.ca or voip2.freephoneline.ca as in the sip guide.
Hopefully Fongo Support will confirm this.

Because you purchased a VoIP Unlock Key from Dell Voice or Freephoneline, we're writing to let you know that the configuration settings for your VoIP Unlock Key are now available online for easy reference. We recommend you review the required settings and best practices for your third party SIP clients (such as ATAs, softphones, or PBXes). View the configuration settings now.

Please see copy of the email below:

You should not use any server names that are not mentioned in the Official Voip unlock key Guidelines.
