Freephoneline down in scarborough?

Hi,
Freephoneline used to be awesome but now the support SUCKS. I have submitted a ticket and has been a month now with no reply. Is the server down in scarborough or something? It is totally crazy it used to work I did no change to my computer but now it keeps saying "No connection to the server" Which is really annoying I hope someone can help me

What version is your application? I just realized yesterday that there is a new version available. Look at the announcement from this forum. Older versions may have stopped working.
