Ive been trying to purchase a VOIP unlock key, and I keep getting this message. Its been giving me that message for 2 days! Does the time reset after each attempt? Or if I keep trying will it eventually go through? I just hope that every time I try its not resting the lock out clock. What is the amount of time before I should try again? All I want to do is buy a damn unlock key.
