No Inbound Voice
I have experienced the same problem:
Two FPL accounts configured on Linksys-SPA941, exactly same configuration.
One works fine, the other one has no inbound audio regardless of incoming/outgoing calls.
I tried both proxies: voip/voip2, same problem.
I disabled SIP ALG on my router, same problem.
I exactly followed the FPL standard configuration.
I'm using TP-Link TL-R470T+.
Account A ALWAYS works, doesn't matter how I change the configuration.
Account B NEVER works, doesn't matter how I change the configuration.
I used Wireshark to sniff the packets from WAN port and find the following issues:
(My router has port mirroring function)
1. When I make a call using account A, I can see both inbound and outbound RTP packets.
2. When I make a call using account B, I can only see outbound RTP packets.
The conclusion is obvious: The FPL server didn't give me the inbound RTP packets, and that's why there is no inbound audio heard. It has nothing to do with my configuration: router/sip-phone.
FPL people, please give me RTP packets:-)
Thank you!

Please disable SIP ALG and H323 ALG and reboot SPA .
Also, ensure that TPlink allows connection on ports 5060-6001 and RTP(what is in your SPA941)
If this is still an issue, please let me know- you need to send me PM.
Thanks,

Re: No Inbound Voice
I logged out softphones from two computers and plugged SPA941 back, now I can receive phone calls from the working account.

Re: No Inbound Voice
The problem should be from the server side, please do the further troubleshooting.
I directly plugged my SPA941 to the Ethernet port from ISP, no routers attached, same problem (My building has Optical Fibre network).
Like I said in my previous post, I used Wireshark to sniff packets from WAN port, no incoming RTP packets found when I make a call with the problem account.

What is the preferred codec used?
Please let me know.

Re: No Inbound Voice
RTP port range: 3300-3398
If this doesn't work, try different range over 1024.

Re: No Inbound Voice
Hi,
I have the following problem/issue:
Yesterday i ordered a new sip account for my mom, i got the config file, added the new account to my spa941 - followed the FPL standard configuration, but there is no inbound voice - no voice coming in.
I have another account for myself which is working fine with the exact same setting, I tried both proxies: voip/voip2, on my mom account same problem. I disabled SIP ALG on my router, same problem.
I think the FPL server doesnt give me the inbound RTP packets, and that's why there is no inbound audio, something is obviously wrong with my mom's account.
Please help.
Thank you
