FPL lines are down ?!!

As of the time of posting this reply, the problem is still NOT FIXED.

I am In Thornhil:
Inbound calls ring, but I can not hear people. They can hear me. Outbound calls are not working at all.
Yesterday everything worked fine.

Please fix this issue.
Must have a phone line.

I just want to confirm that servers are up an running with no issues.

Can you reboot your equipment and try again- if you have any issues, please send me PM or open a support ticket.

After reboot all of my equipment (including ATA, and router) the problem remains.
Absolutely no change.
Also I have tried sending you a PM, but the message is always staying in the "Outbox".

sergeyv2002: Did you have any luck getting this working? I noticed the same problem this morning, and it's still not working for me as well.

The symptoms: Callers can hear my voice, but I can't hear them. When I dial out I can't hear ringing but it does ring on the other end (tested with my mobile).

Okay, I got it to work after changing the SIP server to voip2.freephoneline.ca but it still doesn't work when I revert back to voip.freephoneline.ca - guess I'll stay with voip2 then.
