Problem: No call in due to ATA registration issue outside. Soft phoen works fine.
I have checked my ATA Grand Stream HT 502 [Grandstream HT-502 V1.2A 1.0.6.8 chip V2.2] that has been working fine for a couple of years. Recently it is out of function no ring on incoming calls. I reset the ATA it can ring on a couple of in-calls. Then it is down again. I log into my online account setting found SIP agent changed to other ATA type [Linksys/PAP2-3.1.22(LS)], so I doubt someone hacked my account with his/her ATA or server side reset my configuration file. Any answer or solution.
Is there a customer service number I can call?
Thank you

Upgrade your Grandstream firmware on your HT502 = http://www.grandstream.com/support/firmware
New HT 502 Firmware Version:
Program -- 1.0.9.1 Bootloader -- 1.0.0.7 Core -- 1.0.9.1 Base -- 1.0.9.1 CPE -- 0.1.1.31
I have 2 phone lines with this exact model right now running and both of them are up and running so smoothly.
Let me know if you need any more help with this, OK?
