When I call my phone number registered with FPL using my cell phone (regular cell line), it doesn't ring at my house and someone I do not know picks it up somewhere else. Additionally, I have started receiving many many calls from people in faraway cities that are looking for someone else. Please email me for my account details and investigate if there is someone wired up wrong.
Thank you
Phone number seems to be crossed up with someone else

The issue is caused by an incorrect configuration of your OBI.
Similar issue as below:

Please follow the below steps to get this working again.
In order to resolve this, the unit will need to be reset to factory defaults and reconfigured.

Re: Phone number seems to be crossed up with someone else
Thank you for the quick response.
I have done everything described and everything appears to be working fine. Will update if any of the problems still exist.
By the way, according to the email that came out from Fongo a little while ago, the defaults times for RegistrationPeriod and RegisterRetryInterval on the Obihai need to be updated.
Should be 3600 and 120 respectively instead of the default 60 and 30.
Let me know if I am wrong about those. Thanks.

That is correct. Please ensure that device is configured as per the approved FPL guidelines.
Thanks,
