FOLLOW ME OPTIONS

It is totally messed up. When I am not on softphone, I need to enable that option despite there is no number set up for it in order for the VM to work. I strong believe that all the no audio in/out has to do with the FOLLOW me feature. Muting phone on the other side will result in a call end at the softphone. very strange.
