ring back probleme with obi110

Hello,

i have a strange probleme, 2/3 off the time, i don't ear the ring back tone when i call the person, just a silence and after the person answers, the conversation is normal, the qualite is very good.

I don't understand what setting can change for hear ring tone.

I get that too, from time to time, with my Obi100....
I'm not sure why either.
I have now changed my Obi100 settings to conform to the latest requirements from Fongo.

Hi there,

Please enable keep alive on your OBI and set the keep alive interval to 20.
This should resolve your issue.

Please test and let me know.

Thanks Fongo Support -- the keep alive interval to 20 setting appears to have corrected the problem.

Hi there,

Please send me a PM and I will assist you with the configuration of your OBi.
Also, if you have a router, please ensure that SIP Alg function is disabled.
