1. One for a GTA/Markham number (905-479-xxxx), it works fine for both outgoing and incoming calls, no complain.
2. One for a Vancouver number (778-308-xxxx), it works for outgoing calls only and doesn't work for incoming call (it doesn't ring when it was called by inbound calling).
I switched to use either of them in the same devices with same setting/configuration except the phone number and password, but two numbers come out different results.
I am using Thomson cable model/tomato router/PAP2T NA with port forwarding and QoS. I have tried the Vancouver number in my laptop's softphone, same result.Using the same set of devices, one number works while another number fails, is the server side's problem? Is there any setting/config need to be done? or the Vancouver number can only work fine in Vancouver not Toronto?
