When I purchased the key I resceived an information related to SIP server and password;
Username: 1289xxxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxx
Realm: sip.fongo.com
According to recent announcement I need to change SIP server to voip.frephoneline.ca so I've tried but with mixed results.
There is a tone but when making a call on my phone I don't hear rings and no sound from other phone. The receipient of my call hears me very well.
Is there anything I have to chnage in the device settings, I am using HT701

You may have to do some port forwarding on your router. There are many discussions about this on the forum.
