Phone will not ring when someone calls

I just got Fongo yesterday.
It is installed on a Iphone4.
If someone tries to call the number it goes directly to the voicemail. It does not ring or show that someone is calling.
How can i rectify this?

Have you tried to login to your Fongo Account from the web interface and checked your VoiceMail Settings?

I looked at this, but it is set to ring 5 times before going to voicemail. If I set up Follow Me to ring my cellphone it works, but I would like to know when my Fongo line is ringing by hearing the different ringtone.

When a caller calls my number the call is immediately answered by a recording saying the customer is not available.

HELP!!! I so want this to work!

It would seem that your Fongo is not being recognized as being online or available. Perhaps it best to send a PM to one the Support People giving them your account details/number and they should be able to look at your account. PM them and they will get back to you probably in the morning. They are very helpful in getting problems corrected.

Yes you should write to the support rep about this as I dont have this problem, even when fongo is logged out or exit and when someone calls me it rings to their end as usual and transfers to voice mail after 6 rings.

But the app doesn't notify me of missed calls I had when app was not running.
