032813 incoming calls down again

Post by grmoro »

Hi. Can you please tell me why the incoming calls on my account, 416604XXXX, is down? All calls from get a busy signal and the follow me send all calls to my cell phone. Nothing has changed here for several months since your last unreported service outage, and i have restarted the Linksys pap2t as well as my DSL modem/router combination device. Outgoing calls to numbers within and outside of Congo work fine. You can reach me at 416604XXXX and it will ring-through to my cell phone. Thank you.

Hi there,

There are no issues with your account- I just verified.

Perhaps DND (do not disturb) or CFWD (Call forwarding all) are enabled on your line.

Try dialling *73 then hang up (deactivate call forwarding), and than dial *79 and hang up again (deactivate Do Not Disturb)

Please try incoming calls once you have performed the steps above.

Thanks,

Hello. I thought it was working properly but after testing several times using a cell phone and another freephoneline account the problem persists. *79 is not a service as per the announcement I hear when I enter it into the phone. I checked the account settings and don't see anything out of the ordinary. Please recheck the account and get back to me with a solution. Thank you.

Hi there,

As I have mentioned in my PM, there is no issue from back end.

Please send me a PM and I will assist with ATA configuration.

Thanks,
