Hi there, I'm new and just heard about this service recently, I have a local # on Koodo right now and thinking of porting it into Fongo, does anyone know how long it will take?
And, when the port does successfully happen, I'll get to receive and make calls from my ported #? as well as text/sms?? Sounds too good to be true... can Fongo forward calls too? (i.e. someone calls my (ported in) # and it forwards to my other cell #?)

it usually takes about 10 business days for porting over fongo

It can take a while to port over as seagame2001 stated, or maybe not. Luck of the draw more than anything.
And yes, after a successful port, you can forward your freshly ported Koodo phone number to other phones. Even multiple phones simultaneously. It is indeed too good to be true, except it is true!
Same thing with the SMS.
