Softphone no sound when using router

Hello,

I still have no incoming sound when using my FPL softphone connected via router. When connecting my PC directly to the cable modem everything works Ok. As suggested I forwarded the following ports in my router: 5060-5061, 6060-6061,13000-13001 and still no success. Other voice applications such as Google Voice, Skype are working with my router. Am I missing something?
