The Hooked to ATA rings but not the softphone is it norm?

Yes, it is. You may only have one UA (User-Agent) registered at one time.

Any chance that can change any time soon? I would love to have my ATA and mobile SIP phone ringing at the same time.

VBuzzer has that option upto 3phone Including softfone rings simultenously

We have of course considered the option - What we are trying to avoid is the harvesting of numbers for use with a PBX system (non-residential), we do allow 2 congruent calls on the same FPL number, after which you will hear "This account is already in use." whilst trying to make an outgoing call (more than 2 at once).
