Can't hear voice behind a Router

Can't hear voice behind a Router

I apply a voip service from http://www.freephoneline.ca/. And I can use the VOIP service directly connect to internet well.
But can not hear any voice behind a Router which connect to internet.
I try to open DMZ with voip adapter 's IP :192.168.1.5
but It can not work any more.
And I map 5600(UDP) 5601(UDP) 13000(UDP) 13001(UDP) to 192.168.1.5
it can't work again
Can you help me ,tks a lot

Hi there,

If you are using an ATA adapter, please ensure that the ports used by ATA are open. If you are using Linksys PAP2, it is using different ports than 13000-13001.

I believe it's 16384-16482.
