Problems with fongo for international calls

Hi,
I just recently started using fongo, their free service is good and world rate are reasonable so I topped it up, but let me tell you the experience hasn't been quite smooth.

And most annoyingly there is no fongo customer support, they're just making ends meet via this forum which isn't ideal to get your problems solved.

These are few issues more or less that I have observed so far, except the ugly app UI and lack of android dialer and message integration.

1. When calling an international number using world credit, and it happens when other person is busy, or not in coverage, most of the time or I shoukd say there's no way it'd let you know for either or these cases. Even the international operator has busy or out of reach announcement when called with traditional phones but that just dont work here.

2. The app version 2.1.1.6 which is the latest, gets automatically disconnected for brief periods of time and sometimes I have to manually connect it again.

3. There's no way to stop voicemail, I dont want to get voicemail messages, even tough I know its free, but there should be an option to simply turn it off instead of changing it to make 12 rings before voicemail.

4. Once again with international calling, it does not always show your own caller id, like my fongo number to others, mostly display some malaysian numbers. If I am going to replace fongo with my cell phone plan and use it to place calls then I wouldn't want to tell everyone I'm calling that I'm not in malaysia, my number is ******* you can call me back there! Its annoying and not practical.

Moreover this one isn't a issue but I want to know if we can receive and send international text messages on fongo, I mean outside US/Canada.

Would really appreciate some help!
