Hi I Downloaded freephone online awhile ago and it was working fine .then I kept getting error messages so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled ,This is an updated version that apparently works well other than the fact that I cannot hear it
I know it works because I used it to dial my cell phone But I could not hear anything when I Speak into it I dialled it backfrom my cell and left my voice message and that worked perfectly I got the message in my email..Do you know how to fix this or what the problem could be ? the no sound is driving me crazy

And please Im not even close to being a computer geek so I will need the answer in layman terms

There are many problems with FPL now. Mine also was working fine for a long time... I had not used it for a few months, then when I tried, would not work. No audio etc. Installed the updated version ( for Mac) Nothing worked. Have been working to fix the last few days with help from the Site Mod, but nothing changes.

Too many people are having the same issue to be the fault of individual users. Something at the Fongo end is causing this.
I am looking for alternatives. FPL was going to be my main phone and would have stated to buy long distance credits.

Fongo, fix FPL....give us an update to fix the problems. It's at your end......

If you're not going to fix, then just say so and can the FPL desktop app.
It should work w/o all this crap to try to fix...it worked fine before...what happened?????????????????

Now Its worse I can't dial out to my cell phone .can still dial in to freephoneonline .
