Softphone and ATA

Post by Shaf77 »

I have a SPA3102 all setup and working fine.

Can I use the softphone and ATA (both?). Which one takes precedence? If I launch my softphone (and ATA is connected), which one will ring? The phone connected to the ATA or the softphone?

Usually it is the first one that connected - But since our software phone is a direct link to the server that would take precedence over your ATA.

We only allow one device registered at a time (Yes, software and ATA will work, but only one will produce a ring on an incoming call).
