Screen Off = Never receive a call - SOLVED -

Hi All,
whenever the screen is off, I am not able to receive any call.. it never rings. Which make Fongo useless !
Is there any solution for this serious issue ?
I read somewhere that it is related to a missing line in the coding of the Application itself .. could any of the Fongo Team confirm or give us a solution ?

am i the only one with this issue ? ... No reply or answer from the Fongo support ? ...
Adding to this issue I will add another one as well ... when the screen is off ..not only that I don't receive any call..but sometimes it start ringing after I activate the screen ..which is too late since the caller already hung up longtime ago !!! ... Wish I will get an answer / explination from the Fongo support team ..

I have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus C running JB 4.2.2 and I am not seeing this issue,

Can you please try the following:
1. Uninstall Fongo app
2. reboot device
3.after reboot wait for the device to be fully on and go to the Play store and download app again
4.install Fongo app
5. Test incoming calls (screen off)

Please let me know the outcome.

Thank you for the reply, uninstalling and re installing the app as you mentioned solved the issue !
I have a question though, should the app be running in the background so I can receive calls ? or being logged in is enough ?
I noticed that when I am logged in but exit the app from the settings .. all I got is a missed call.

I just tested now with screen off and logged in and it worked for me:)

I am not sure, but I think u need good signal:)
