Payment problem by using Master Card, not Processed

Hi guys,
I need your help, I am trying to buy UNLOCK KEY by using my Master Card, so I make sure each & every Info and fill the the fields. There after when i click on COMPLETE PURCHASE then i get below error like this

Error: PaymenTech error: Transaction error: 'Merchant Override Decline' all the time.

So when i keep on try few times then i get like this error below permanently
Error: Maximum attempts reached.,

So i like to know what is wrong in the site, if nothing wrong on the site then How i should buy UNLOCK KEY successfully.

or is there any way i can buy by using PAYPAL, please let me know.

please help me , what are the other options to purchase UNLOCK KEY,

i keep on try there is a error shows permanently like this below

Error: Maximum attempts reached


i am ready to pay them by PAYPAL, so please let me know, how to do this.

where i can chat with live Agent in App,

please let me know any body, wher i can chat to discuss this problem with the LIVE AGENT in App.

because buying UNLOCK KEY is very deficult process. please let me know.

Credit card errors are often being a result of incomplete or wrong information. (discrepancy between account info and credit card or wrong cvv)

hi there, i makesure 10 -15 time before i click on the BUTTON, all my info is correct, this is only this site issue, which is blocked my Card.
today when i try to use FireFox then it is keep on WARNING me this site is not secured for Banking etc, you need to obtained a CERTIFICATE VALIDITY by on your own risk, so i follow that & i put this site in FIREFOX, there after i again reenter my info of Credit Card then i got below message

but don't ask with me my credit card number, if you need other info of my freephoneline account i can give you.

and i like to know "how to obtained ticket number" where i have to contact to obtained ticket number.

after opening my freephoneline account , i contact this two places, but nothing done yet.

I do not need the credit card info. Please include the telephone number associated with the account and the ticket # you have received when you emailed to support and billing

UPDATE : when i amstill trying then
still i am getting this permanent error below
Error: Maximum attempts reached.

system rejected my card, don't want to allow me to use ay more in future.
please clear that error in the payment system, sothat i can reuse my card.

may be i should not buy in the midnight by using card, may be server not accept payment in the midnight, that is the mistake i did, because of this resion my card BLOCKED by FPL server,.

if FPL remove that blocked entries in their system, then i am able to purchase UNLOCK KEY i hope

i don't have any other card to try payment during 9AM to 5PM Business Hours.

You peoples have this all experience, any body know how your problem fix.

If you know any other way of payment, please let me know.
