SPA3102 - incoming call forword to voice mail

Post by tandala »

Hi there,
I have SPA3102 (5.2.13 -gw002).
It worked fine 2 weeks ago, but now I cannot receive calls.
I didn't change anything in my network or in SPA settings.
Info:
SPA is in DMZ and I can see traffic in both directions. My SPA is registered in the SIP.
1) traffic:
20:59:20.640779 IP 192.168.2.11.5060 > voipip.5060: SIP, length: 507
20:59:20.657623 IP voipip.5060 > 192.168.2.11.5060: SIP, length: 385
20:59:24.357476 IP voipip.5060 > 192.168.2.11.5061: SIP, length: 4
20:59:36.400294 IP voipip.5061 > voipip.5060: SIP, length: 467
20:59:36.899719 IP voipip.5061 > voipip.5060: SIP, length: 467
20:59:37.899717 IP voipip.5061 > voipip.5060: SIP, length: 467
2)registered
SIP Status: connected
SIP User Agent: Linksys/SPA3102-5.2.13(GW002)

I followed the steps from this link but I'm experiencing same issue.

Can you give me an advise how can I fix my problem?
Thank you!

Hi there,
After I removed my firewall the SPA begun to receive the calls, the problem wasn't my firewall.
I put back my firewall and I follow this link that fix my issue.
