Out calling problem

My home can only call other freephoneline user but can not call my own mobile phone and other ordinary numbers as well. Incoming calls are OK

Can you please provide additional details about your setup: Modem, Router, ATA, etc.

I use a cisco ATA equipment. It's strange that I can receive calls, and I can call out only to Fongo's number which I help my friends to setup.
