SUGGESTION
The ability to turn off vmail completely. I know you can extend the time it takes to answer... but It would be nice to have an option to turn it off 100%

Re: SUGGESTION
I don't want to be a downer, but that likely won't happen. Being a CLEC ourselves, we own the network and termination for the numbers we use. If you don't have a background in telephony, telcom companies live off termination fees. Phone company A phones company B and A pays B to send the call to their network. So on and so forth - this is why we all pay a monthly phone bill. However, being a CLEC ourselves, we directly earn the termination onto our network and this is what helps balance out the calling to keep the basic service usage free. Almost all other VOIP providers pay a third party CLEC, thus your paying a monthly bill.koreyb wrote:The ability to turn off vmail completely. If we remove any features that in the slightest way risk a call not being terminated on our network if the user is away, we'll loose those network termination fees. Multiply this by the size of our user base, and it will add up! We basically just don't want people disabling voicemail if they don't have anything there to take it's place, because we'd then loose that call alltogether.
