Can't use home phone

Can't use home phone
I recently bought a home phone service, pay around 100$ for config file and grandstream ht 701 ATA. Plug everything and I have a tone. when I try to make a call or receive a call, I get a message that say '' that password is invalid''. I enter into the ATA configuration and everything seem to be fine if I take a look to the configuration made by Fongo in the ATA. The only thing I d'ont know is the sip password but since Fongo did not send me the config file info I'm stuck and there is no way to call Fongo to get support . I can only get support from email??? what is this?

Please submit a support ticket by email at support@fongo.com and send me PM with the ticket#.
It looks like you put the wrong password in the ATA similar with the below:
