Buying VoIP code and got charged for order didn't go through

I was purchasing the VoIP unlock code and somehow, at the end of entering the billing address. It was asking me to enter the correct billing address as it did not match my credit card info. So I stopped there and check my online banking to see if they charged me at all. I checked and see a charge laid on it already. Now, I didn't want to continue any further to correct my billing address as I was worried I will be charged again. I sent FPL an email support but I don't know what to do right now.

don't worry, if they chagre on your card then you get your unlock key for sure.

if they chagre you double then they will return on your card.

so once they come to know your transaction, thenthey send you your unlock key for sure. as i know they are honest.

they will reply you in 2 or 3 business days, you need to gve little more time to them.

There's no ticket #. On Freephoneline.ca, we can only send emails. I sent to these two:

billing@freephoneline.ca
support@freephoneline.ca

I will send you a private message of my FPL account and phone # that was registered on that account.
