HI, I am very frustrated for several days, and cannot solve it.
I forward my Freephoneline number to my cell phone (e.g 416-123-4567), and it works for long time, but on Mar.25, I disable this option in the morning, when I enable it in the afternoon, it shows me” This number is already used as a FollowMe number by someone else".How can this happen? I have no any other account used my cell number as follow me number, but if someone else setup that, then I can do nothing... how should I know who use my cell as FollowMe number? and I don't think someone else will do this, I think it is just some error in the system.
So I submit the problem to support@freephoneline.zendesk.com on Mar.26, 2013, but not receive any feed back so far except one autoreply email.
Can someone help me to solve this? it is very important feature for me.

Thank you so much, it was solved.
The reason is in the previous FPL system, when you setup a follow me number and then disable it, you can still use that follow me number for another account, but after Mar 25, even that follow me number is disable, you can't use it for another account.
Then Team found that account for me, and I enable then delete it, problem solved.
