Phone does not Work

Arghh!

I am frustrated. Just wrote the below message to the Fongo Email address. The seemingly perpetual 'transition' will mean basically that no one will ever answer. Hopefully someone will answer here.

I got a home phone from fongo installed it and it worked. Then I ported an existing number, and now it doesnt work. I can access the voicemails, which is promising, but I am frustrated that I cannot use the actual phone. Urgh.

Please please help if you can.

this is my third time writing. This is very annoying that I cannot speak with anyone.

Basically, I ported my number to xxxxxxxxxxx, and since then, my phone hasnt worked. I am very frustrated.

Now, things have slightly improved. I still cannot make calls from my phone, but if someone calls me, at my number, and they can leave a message. But I cannot make calls and the phone doesnt ring. I put the settings of 'follow-me' on simultaneous, and my other phone doesnt ring. Clearly there is a problem somewhere.

My phone adapter codes (which I bought from you) are the following:[edited]

Please help as I require this phone for my daily activities.

After your number was ported in, did you go into your ATA and change your username? The username would have been your old Fongo number, but when you port in your number that then becomes your username which you have to change. Your password does not change.
