Calling 613 310 BELL, and being charged.

My phone is dead, and I had to rely on Fongo VOIP for the last 3 days to let bell know about it. Is it normal to be charged for this number (613 310 2355)? I find it is kinda funny that Fongo is more reliable than Bell! Thanks!!

You can't dial 310 numbers on Fongo or FPL http://support.fongo.com/entries/228674 ... -be-called

310 calls will be charged as an international call to California.
