while talking sound disapear for 1 or 2 seconds, how to fix

hi guys,

1)--i need your help, i am able to make calls & received calls, but while talking on phone voice disappear on both side for 1 or 2 seconds then suddenly come back voice, so i like to know how to fix this issue.

2)--if i use this dial plan in my ATA
(911|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|1xxxxxxxxxx|011xxxxxxxxxxxx.|98*|[6-7]x*xxxxxxxxxxx.)
which send by fpl, then if i dial 911 is this directly ring bell to EMERGENCY DEPT or not,

please let me know, i can't do testing this 911 number unnecessery by using fpl line, so any experience member please let me know.

Audio issue:

Please be advised that I have verified and your ATA is not configured properly.

Dial plan:

The Dial plan is correct, there is no need to call 911 to test it, it will work.

thanks a ,lot for your great help.

is there any way i can put PASSWORD ON International Calling by my Phone,

the reasion i need this password is my childrens usually used this phone, so if they re-dial or dial International number by mistake then it has to ask to enter PASSWORD, then the International call go through it.

So how to SETUP PASSWORD for International Calls on my FPL line.
