New softphone does not work, no incoming audio

I have upgraded to the newest softphone that became available a little while back but it has not worked for me. It launches fine, and I can enter a phone number to dial, but after that all is silent. It just stays that way until I click "end call." I have this happening on two different computers and two different accounts. It seems that it does actually dial out, but I hear nothing from the softphone. I can use the voicemail button and I can hear the automated system and navigate the personal options, voicemail, etc

Also, when called, the softphone rings, however when I click to answer from the softphone, the other phone keeps ringing. The softphone says "on call" and starts counting the time, all while the other phone is still actually ringing.

Any help?
