Tech support,
Since Dec 2012, I have three times of this incoming problem. The outgoing is not problem at all. I've never changed anything at my PAP or router or cable modem.The problem were gone either in a week or days automatically. I think the problem must be related to something done at servers side. My desktop freephoneline app doesn't have this problem. Can you figure out the problem and resolve it permanently (not to happen again and again)
