can anyone tell me if i take my voip ATA with me to Algeria during my holidays ,if it will work or no if i connect it to internet there?
i want to be reachable in Algeria during my staying there.

That's difficult to answer. All things being well, yes. If whoever supplies the internet connection blocks voip, or if the router needs posts forwarding and you can't access it, then you might have problems.
Last year my wife went to New Zealand and in some places could connect, but others she couldn't. Luckily there were enough places for her to try.
You will only really know by trying it, but there is a good chance that it will especially if you have some control over the internet connection.

Most hotels will allow access while airports will likely block the registration, public wifi is a hit and miss.
I was in Belgium, Netherlands and Italy using an android with Wifi was able to call home with minimal issues (only the time zone). The calls were choppy when the bandwidth was low.. It was way cheaper than using hotel and cell phone.
I did have problems with free wifi at SPL in AMS, it was not able to register.
