Locked out of paying for the voip key.

Hello, I am locked out of paying for the voip key as I mistakenly entered my credit card number with the incorrect billing address too many times. can you please fix this? It is very frustrating especially when there's no live person to speak to.

Error: Maximum attempts reached.

This is the 8th time I try to buy the voip key and can not.
What can I do to buy.
