Can I turn off Call Waiting in PAP2 firmware?

Can I turn off Call Waiting in PAP2 firmware?
I recall Kris or Steve mentioning that you cannot use the *60 option in the PAP2 settings because FPL system overides the ATA's internal settings. Would that also be true of other features embedded in the ATA's firmware? FOr example I'd like to turn off call waiting. Would that be something that is do-able in the ATA, or is that also something that would have to be done through the FPL web interface in future?
