Hello,
Is there an outage going on right now? All of a sudden, my Linksys SPA2102 cannot Register. I noticed this after all calls dialing out and in were ringing busy. Calls into another FPL customer are getting the same behaviour.
I've verified the settings are good with the ones on the FPL website, they have not changed. Though I notice that on the Main Admin > Settings page, it states:
YOUR SIP STATUS
SIP Status: connected
SIP User Agent: Linksys/SPA2102-5.2.10
...even though my SPA2102 reports:
Line 1 Status
Hook State: On Registration State: Failed
Last Registration At: 0/0/0 00:00:00 Next Registration In: 25 s
Message Waiting: No Call Back Active: No
Last Called Number: Last Caller Number:
My last successful call out per the call logs was today at: 26.03.13 13:14:44

same issue. I updated the SIP Server Name as they emailed me a week ago and it solved the issue

I changed to voip2.freephoneline.ca, and it worked.
(Just realized I posted in the wrong forum, Fongo instead of FPL)

I am using voip2.freephoneline.ca and I cannot receive calls.
It goes right to a bust signal even though on freephoneline.ca it says my device is registered

I'm having the same problem - almost every day I have registration failures, until I reboot my adapter. My second provider on another line works fine, which makes me think the problem is not with my router or ATA.
