Hello, I have a Grandstream HT701 with a 2wire router/modem from bell. I have completed porting my number and changed my SIP user name with the new number including the 1.
The problem is I cannot receive incoming calls. When I call my home phone with my cell, I get the message, "The account number is not valid."
However, I am able to make outgoing calls with the home phone with no problem. Please help!
