Hi,
I'm using this Freephone line from March 2013. I didn't have any issues so far. From last saturday night my incoming calls are going to voide message directly.
My router is Cisco Valet Plus M20.
My ATA is Cisco SPA112 with the firmware 1.3.1
All the resuired ports are forwarded and I'm having the IP Address of the ATA reserved in the router.
ATA shows connected, Can make outgoing calls as I'm getting a dial tone. No incoming calls from Saturday night.
When I logged into my freephone line account from freephoneline.ca and checked the call logs and from the Saturday night all the incoming calls are shown ad
Unallocated (unassigned) number
Please help me to resolve this.

Thank you for the quick response on this matter. By pressing *73 and hang up, by pressing *79 and hang up resolved the issue.
