Rogers cell phone not able to call my FPL.

Post by brian »

My brother has a Rogers cell phone & is unable to call my FPL number, yet I can call his Rogers cell phone.

Any thoughts on why he can't call my FPL number?

I would suggest he needs to ring Rogers and ask them. I assume you can call your number from other phones/cells.

That's a very strange message and probably phone related. Could it be that he has long distance number barred and your number is considered long distance to him? Either way, he needs to phone Rogers and ask why he can't call your number.

I don't think it is Fongo related, but you should know more once he calls Rogers.

I agree Jake, this is not likely a Fongo issue but something to do with Rogers or his phone plan itself.

He was thinking (hoping) it was something on my end so he wouldn't have to call Rogers customer service & waste an hour of his life!

I'll call & give him the good news.
