Major no ring and no hearing problem

Hey guys, so when the person on the other end picks up the phone, i can hear them fine for the whole call. but for the first 5-10 seconds they talk i cannot hear them. I get no ring tone when calling which is also a major issue. Anyone know how to solve it? I have pap2t. It was working fine till last month

It might be an intermittent issue. I had something similar happen to my new account and it just went away 30 minutes ago, well I had one-way audio for the entire duration. I read using a stun server helps for incoming audio but I don't know as it didn't help for me, I just have NAT mapping on and came back from work and it was fine. Although support might've done something as I was messaging someone.
