No Dialtone..

I had my PAP2T-NA working fine then I did a firmware upgrade and now I cant connect, I have tried forwarding my ports, switched my rogers modem to bridged mode but still no dialtone... Can anybody help me with my problem..

Please review your ATA configuration against the below:

Thanks for the quick reply, I have used the word file for configuration, my ATA shows its connected but I dont hear any dialtone. The Panasonic hadnset displays a message " Check phone line" or something similar..

Please try to plug in your panasonic into Line1 (assuming that that is the line you configured)

Yes, I tried changing Line1 to Line2 and now back to Line 1. I dont get a dialtone, I am stumped. I have forwarded the ports on my router, and switched tge rogers modem to bridge mode.

You have an old version firmware (3.1.15) It could be worth updating to the latest one and seeing if that fixes anything.

I did a firmware update to the latest 5.16 ver which was the last firmware update from Cicsco.

I retyped the settings from the word file, this time I am logged in but still dont have dialtone.. ??
