Porting problem, no sound on outgoing call,

I have a problem with porting a number. My number have just done porting yesterday. I followed all the set-up online fr freephoneline forum. But whenever I tried to make an outgoing call, I heard the dial tone, but not the ringing tone, and I don't hear people on the other talk at on. Incoming call, people on the other side could hear me, but I couldn't hear them at all( same thing for outgoing call
. Tried to borrow my friend account, it works fine. Tried to port forwarding 5060-5061, 6060-6061, didn't work still. Can you check for me please ? I think it's portijg problem with porting ? I need this phone ASAP

Have you updated your ATA with the ported number? Is your ATA setup as per FPL guidelines?

That may resolve the issue you are having.

Assuming you did all that and it's verified, you should have no issues,

Please reboot modem, router and ata and try again and it should work.

If there are still issues, please verify your ata configuration against FPL recommended different ATA configs:

This should resolve the issue.
