Delay when picking up incomming calls

Delay when picking up incomming calls

Hello,
There is a delay when i pickup any incomming calls, i need to say hello around 3 times before the other end hears me say hello. And on teh caller side it keeps rining untill about my 3rd hello (seems like the caller keeps hearing rings when i already picked up the call).

any suggestions? i am using the default DIAL provided by FPL upon registering.

What happens if you connect your spa2102 directly to the cable modem?

I have not tried that yet...... whould that work?
i hope that is not the only solution as i need to connect my modem to the router for wireless access...

Hi there

That's not the only solution.

You can also try to reset unit to factory defaults and reconfigure it as per below:

This should also resolve the issue.
