Fongo iphone app does not work properly, please help.

Hello, I just signup a fongo account and got a 437 number. Here are the problems disturbing me on my iPhone 5:

1. I cannot receive any phone calls. I tried to call my 437 number using a regular home phone and got the voice message "the user you are trying to reach is not available".
2. I called another 437 number (my friend's number) from my iphone app and the voice message is that "this call is not covered by your territory plan".

Can anyone please help? thanks.
