Customer Service went downhill!!!

Im getting upset at fongo.Not only did they took the customer service phone numbers off their site (so you cant call them) they also are ignoring my emails.Great company!!! im thinking of leaving

As we clearly advise on our website and in our FAQs, Porting Requests take 10-14 days. As your order was just 2 days ago, you can expect that it will take another 8-12 days.

yes but all i wanted to know is the date of the porting so i can plan things.A friendly email with the date is all i wanted.I ended calling telus and they told me right away.Now i know its on may 31.
