Random no ring tone when making a new call

Hi,

I have a GrandStream HT-502 with the latest firmware.

Right now my cable modem is connected directly in the WAN of the GrandStream and I have configured the FXS PORT1 with the right infos I think or maybe not :(

The issue is simple. Randomly when we make a call we sometimes not hear any "ring tone" but the call is working when the other person take the call. I can hear and he can hear me well.

Any idea how to fix this random issue ?

Same problem, but when the person on the other end picks up the phone, i can hear them. The first 5-10 seconds they talk i cannot hear them but after that it works good. No ring tone is a major issue. Anyone know how to solve it? I have pap2t

Hi guys ! Good to know i'm not alone ! And yeah sometimes there's a small delay me too when the other end picks up the phone like you talha746...

These days it happen more often I don't know why...

Any Fongo tech can help us ?

Please ensure that ATA is configured correctly. The user who reported this had this resolved by adjusting the settings on his ATA HT502.

Can you please verify your settings- that will resolve the issue.
