cannot call in France

hi
before i was able to call in France, but i tried yesterday and today, and it is not working anymore, i can dial the number 01133.... but then i get an error 603
i have $3.xx in credit so i don't know what the problem is , what does error 603 refers to

Please try to reboot your equipment (including your modem) and try again.

This should resolve the issue.

i rebooted modem routeur and ata and it is still the same
i get the message "the number you dialled 011 was rejected by the service provider reason is six zero three

hi i still have the problem, i got contacted by fongo support, but for some reason they are not getting my answer, as they keep asking for the same info

Hi there,

I have investigated this further and it looks like there were no calls made from your account to France in our records.

This indicates that your OBI is not configured correctly.

In order to resolve this, the unit will need to be reset to factory defaults and reconfigured.

To reset the unit to factory defaults:

Please ensure that URI field is NOT populated.
