No incoming call after porting.

Hi there,

I have had the home phone service with ATA and worked fine for both incoming and outgoing call about 2 weeks. I requested the number porting from Bell and this morning I received email informing me that the number is ported. So I changed the ATA setting to use my ported number. The outgoing call works right away, but the incoming call does not work. After ringed 5 times, the call goes to the voice mail.

I followed the PAP2 document to re-configure the my ATA and reboot both ATA and router, still there is no incoming call.

My ATA is
Model: SPA112, 2 FXS
Product ID: SPA112
Hardware Version: 1.0.0
Firmware Version: 1.3.1 (003) Dec 17 2012

My router is:
Linksys E3200
Firmware Version: 1.0.04

Please provide any help asap.
