My phone jis dead again 2nd time in 1 week.
Tried to reboot everything. Waited 20 min to turn all on again. No result.
It's annoying. Will leave FPL their customer support is gone. Service went poor from 6 months ago. Bad signal quality and no help desk.

For now, to get your line up and running, please follow the instructions below:
Please try to power off equipment: modem, router and ATA for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes, starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this - should be ok.

This link has only sales/faq information. Last time it happened I opened a ticket and got an automated email with the same crap info/sale/faq and saying that "the ticket was now closed".

Sorry, I didn't mean reboot but power off as you said.
It's back now after the 4th try. But want to know why this is happening. I dont want to keep this workaround every time.
